A very good coffee!!!
Good for lunch, good pastries and bagels and coffee for breakfast. Busy but not over crowded. Good value.
Just what we needed: fast and delicious.
This is always a great place to eat if you are on a diet. I usually come here after gym. This restaurant has great wraps and salads. If you are vegetarian just ask them not to put any animal-based food on your salad and instead ask them to add more of any plant-based ingredient you’d like!! ;)
Please mark as closed, I walked 10 minutes in the rain to get here because it was listed as open on Google maps
Better food than other nearby Au Bon Pain locations but the staff are a bit rude
Another one that is hit or miss. When the good staff is there be prepared for a great sandwich, on the other hand there is sometimes some miscommunication or other confusion. That being said, their baked goods are never bad!
Too much pain😝
Good option for a quick yet good lunch
Breakfast was super busy so it took a minute to get a fresh sandwich but they also had hot oatmeal, and some prepared breakfast sandwiches if you didn't want to wait plus muffins, pastries and fruit. I liked it so much I came back for lunch which was much quicker since I got one of their soups.
Nothing too fancy but definitely good food and amazing location . Breakfasts are usually from here
Caffe milano is soo good.
Okay for a quick bite, but nothing special. I had a couple of breakfast here, mostly because it was the most convenient one close to my hotel. The fresh juice was good, so did the coffee. However, the sandwiches were just normal and often lack in enough seasoning. Price was okay-ish, yet, I think there are competitive places with even cheaper but better options just a couple of minutes walk from here.
The staff fo their job but are unfriendly and uninterested in customers.
Free wi-fi and good prices. Can get busy at breakfast time.
While the food is good, the service was so poor. Half the staff didn't smile or make eye contact. The family's order in front of us was missing things as was ours. I had to correct the ring up of our items twice. Abysmal.
Toasted honey latte is delicious and I must try. There fresh Bagel in the morning is also very soft and tasty. We'll miss this in Toronto
Get "The Good Egg".You will never look back.
Nice choice of pasties sandwiches coffee staff very friendly not to well signed for cooked breakfast i.e oatmeal had to guess or ask
Fresh, healthy options, and great service! This is a safe spot for breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinner with plenty of options and seating.
Went here tonight and got a Tuscan Grilled Cheese ... it seems like there was something wrong - the sandwich was not good. I got back to the hotel, settled in, and the sandwich was not edible. I don't know if it was cooked to long or what? Manager was nice but did not offer to replace unless I returned that night. I asked for something for next day - we will see.
Fresh, great selections and a good value
My Daughter picked up a sandwich there yesterday Feb 7th 2019, she is staying at a near by hotel for a conferance. She said she was treated so badly by the staff that she will never go back to any Au Bon Pain again.
Great selection of pastries and good choices nice coffee
I go to Au Bon Pain for the soup. But, it's the same soup over and over and over. It's like everyday is February 2nd at this place. And when they do get a bit of imagination, they never make enough of it. I end up looking longingly at description over an empty urn.
The cheese sandwich you get for $7 is barely worth $2.
4$ for a bagel and cream cheese, and it's a mini size. They don't tell you that.. 8$ for a half sandwich. This is a college area, affordable food is necessary. Big thumbs down
Lovely little breakfast place for when I stayed in the above Park Plaza. Nice bagels, soups, and all at fair prices.
Rude and passive aggressive customer service. The only thing good about this place is the location. Not gonna come back.
Great place to get a well priced variety of options for breakfast and lunch
Kitchen sink cookie gooood.
Food good, food reasonly priced.Enjoyed my visits every day, staff polite.
Great location!!
Phenomenal pastries baked daily, nice seating area, and very conveniently located.
Nice place to have a good breakfast in a relaxing place
Air conditioned, comfortable chairs. Perfect place to grab a lemonade and rest midway through a hit summer day in Boston.
Always a go-to for me when in Boston. The atmosphere is calm. The Asiago bread sticks are my favorite.
Pretty good coffee, pretty good bagels
It’s a nice location, very convenient. The staff is so kind. The service is pretty quick, and the food is standard ABP fare. It’s generally very clean and not too busy considering the area.
Lovely salads which you chose the items and dressings and staff make. Clean tables and floors. However staff were not helpful and a tad sour bordering on rude.
Great location. Regular and expensive food. Good assortment even for breakfast (featuring even some Mac and cheese in the morning)
I have not had the food yet, but serve is poor. No toilet paper in restrooms. Feeling of folks who work there not being treated well, given the cafeteria line vibe. Will try someplace else tomorrow
Excellent manager and staff good quality food and drinks 👍
Good food and selection, clean, friendly staff
Good food, a bit pricey, but definitely worth it compared to other nearby restaurants. Great atmosphere and places to plug in laptops of cell phone chargers. No line when I visited.
Great food and service
This is my favorite place to go when I can't decide what type of sandwich I want. My hunger will get the best of me as I try to finish one of their big sandwiches filled with French fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, eggs, onion rings, brisket, etc. if you like it they have it. Great vibe and late night spot.
Had the two egg bagel special and coffee.
Poor layout creates a bottleneck at the cash registers making it hard to access the food counter if you enter from one of the doors. Outdoor seating in the summer and free WiFi are both plusses.
This place is really slow. I asked for a sandwich and waited with 5 other people while the people working on the sandwich bar were checking they cellphones talking and taking their time. This was in the morning made me regret getting a sandwich. How mutch time does it take to get a toasted bagel with preset egg white. To top it all off, the guy making the sandwiches gave my sandwich to a girl who came behind me and I ended up with hers. I am not going to this place again.
